YogaOne Refund Policy:
Yoga Classes/Memberships: Yoga is a unique service. As such, there are no refunds on memberships, class packages or classes. However, in the case of unexpected travel or illness, annual memberships only can be “frozen” on a one-time basis for up to three months. During the “freeze” period, the student will not be able to attend yoga classes at YogaOne (unless they are re-instating the membership and ending the “freeze”), but the clock will not run on the expiration of the annual membership. Monthly memberships are not able to be frozen, but if a student has exceptional circumstances barring their ability to attend, YogaOne will discuss those with the student on a case-by-case basis. Class packages (5, 10, 30) never expire.
Products: Generally, all sales are final. Consumable products are non-refundable. Clothing and other non-consumable products, if defective, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase along with original receipt only. No other refunds are available. |
