Hot Hatha Core Series (90 Minutes)
This is the core class at YogaOne. It forms the building blocks for a yogi’s/yogini’s practice of yoga. It is done in a hot room in order to allow the body to warm up quickly and to maximize the detoxifying, cleansing nature of the postures in the series. This is for beginners through advanced students. |

Vinyasa Flow (60-90 Minutes)
This is a more active class inspired by Ashtanga and Forrest yoga (and other yoga styles depending upon the instructor) with continuous movement where one flows from one posture to the next without rest in-between. This style of yoga is a great compliment to our Core Hot Hatha Series. This is for intermediate through advanced students. Previous yoga experience is recommended for this class. Warm, but not hot. |

YogaOne Explorer’s Club (90-120 Minutes)
This is our once a week class where we build on what yogis have learned in their core classes. No two weeks are the same and we go deeper into the postures (asanas) as well as explore meditation and yogic philosophy. Techniques for more advanced versions of the Hot Hatha Core Series poses will be discussed along with the introduction of new postures and yoga disciplines. Prepare to challenge your body and your mind. Previous yoga experience is recommended for this class. Warm, but not hot. |

Pranayama Breath Class (20 minutes)
This is for everyone, and it is free. It is offered once a week and focuses on proper yogic breathing, which is one of the fundamental principles of the practice of yoga. This class is highly recommended for beginner to intermediate students. Warm, but not hot. |

YogaOne Slow Flow Yoga (60-90 minutes)
YogaOne Slow Flow Yoga is a more relaxed practice where yogis and yoginis hold their postures for a longer period of time to create an intense stretch to the deeper tissues of the body. The purpose of this class is to loosen up, release and relax. Slow Flow Yoga is an excellent compliment to more active styles of yoga that emphasize movement, sweating, and muscular effort. This slow approach enables beginners and advanced practitioners to experience a profound interior power of the mind and body. Slow Flow Yoga enables and facilitates a seated meditation practice. |
